  • Modeling Method1. For 4 days, the BHI bacteria liquid (100ul/) of S.Mutans in the oral cavity of rats was given once a day, once in the morning, and the water was forbidden within 30mins after inoculation.
    2. 41 days later, with the sterile scraping bamboo oral plaques, an anaerobic tank overnight culture, detect whether S.Mutans colonization. All rats were fed from 37 of the diet and fed a diet of 10% sucrose.
